Review content:
I have used the Merry Maids for a few months now and am about to fire them. I am in the process of hiring another service. We started as a weekly clean and dropped back to every two weeks. They are incredibly unreliable! There have been days that they just don't show up at all and I have to call them and ask where they are. I also was told at sign up that we would have the same crew each week. This is also a lie. There has never been the same two people in my house in a row. The cleaning is also very inconsistent. I have had some do a beautiful job and then others do a job that I cannot even call cleaning. I have had to complain and have them come back out and re-clean on several occasions. DO NOT HIRE THEM! You will barely get an apology when they mess up. IF YOU HIRE THEM YOU MAY AS WELL THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE TOILET! I wish someone had warned me! I feel bad for the one team that cleaned really well as the rest of the group are bringing them down. They should start their own busines
