Review content:
I was recommended to Arnold Animal Hospital because their prices were supposably inexpensive. WRONG! I made the mistake of letting them know that I was a new dog mom and they took full advantage of me. I've never left the office spending less than $100. They would put guilt trips on me and tell me that I needed this and that, and it's up to me but its for my dogs health. Then when I took my dog there to be nuetered, they also added on a bunch of unneccessary charges, plus claimed he had a ear infection. My bill after the surgery was nearly $400 for a nueter! To top it off, my dog's surgery was horrible. His incisions took over a month to heal and I ended up in the ER with him because he was bleeding out of one of the incisions. It was the most terrible experience I have ever had. Anytime I call to ask questions they act like I was bothering them. When I would go in for a visit, I would be ignored for other patients that they 'knew' or were friends with. Going here was the biggest mist
