My dog has been a patient with Arnold Animal Hospital for 10 years. I have a friend who used to be a vet there and now works for another clinic. My dad is also very good friends with the owner of another clinic near me. I started taking my dog to AAH, because my vet friend worked there, but even after my friend moved, I remained a customer of AAH, because I thought they did a good job and everyone there knew and cared about my pet. I really can't comment on the experiences of others, but the characterization of AAH as a whole based on the way some reviewers have interpreted their personal experience is simply not fair. For example, while the comment in the review below is true that I seldom leave the office without spending $100, it is usually because I am buying products for flea & tick prevention and heart-worm prevention. $100 every 6 months isn't really that expensive when it comes to your "best friend", is it?
