I would like to leave some honest feedback for AAH. My two dogs have been clients/patients of AAH for 5 years. As noted by some, the front desk receptionist can be surly. My first visit didn't receive high marks as I was a new dog owner and yes, AAH did lighten my wallet as a result. Two wellness exams and preventative meds totalled $600. I was a little surprised and the staff memeber responsed, "Pet ownership is expensive". Bitting my tongue, I paid the bill, and chalked this one up to a lession learned. While attempting to leave, a very 'concerned and caring' old man in the waiting room was enjoying his training clicker. It annoyed the heck out of my two dogs. I hope his lab pissed in his white cadillac!\r \r Second visit was a little more tolerable. It took this and another two visits each totaling $80 to clear up an "ear infection". The DVM (not the primary vet selected) who attended the exams was just concerned about the dog's ears and the $240 didn't hurt either.\r \r This facility
