Recently, I visited the store to browse bridesmaid gowns. I noticed beautiful wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses, not many. I did not make an appointment due to no mention of an appointment needed on the website. I did notice stated on the door that an appointment was recommended. The store was understaffed and too busy to assist and did tell me that an appointment was needed to try on dresses. I think this information would be helpful on their website and it is probably best to state that appointments are needed. I would rather travel a greater distance to have a better experience. Too many other great stores with many more wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses.
