I have shopped at Health foods of Rochester for the past ten years and have had nothing but good service from there staff. I have read some of the other reviews out here and to be honest it sounds like some people haven't every stepped foot in the store. Every time I have been to Health foods I was waited on by staff that was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions in regards to different products. Myself and my next door neighbor both shop at health foods of Rochester for there great selection of supplements and gluten free foods. My daughter has celiac disease and I am able to get a lot of foods that she eats from this store. I highly recommend shopping at Health Foods Of Rochester their staff is great and always helpful. I was just there today and was very happy with my experience.
