Review content:
I was very pleased to learn that the business is still owned and operated by the same team as was 12 years ago. My telephone conversation with the young woman I spoke with was quite pleasant, and she offered me the information I had been needing. Thank you, Health Foods of Rochester, for your continued good service to our community throughout the decades! I have seen this establishment change hands at least a few times over the decades. One thing that remains with very few exceptions is the consistency in the ownership's due consideration to its customers, whether they are well-established and well-educated customers or whether they are first-time customers and just learning. \r \r There is one employee in particular who no longer works there who I miss very dearly. She knows who she is. :o) I wish she were still working there, and I also wish her the very best in whatever she is doing now.
