I was very impressed with Shane Co and their customer service. I had come in needing help separating 3 rings my grandmother had had welded together so she would not lose them. She passed the rings on to me and asked that I pick one and give the other two to my sister-in-laws to remember her by. I had no idea where to go but had heard about Shane Co and decided I would just go in for a consultation and see what services they offered. Hillary was extremely helpful and informative. The cost for separating the rings I felt was reasonable enough that I decided to go ahead and have it done there without continuing my search. I?m glad I stuck with them because the rings turned out beautiful. The staff was so engaging and I really appreciated that Kellie in the service area remembered me and was so enthusiastic about her job. She even helped me out by showing me a small crack in another ring my other grandmother had given me that I always wear. If she hadn?t done that I?m sure I
