until this year i was ok with this company. this year pipes burst going to my heater and the first time they fixed it because it was warm and the did not have a lot of other calls. now that this has happened again because they are overloaded with calls they will not fix it. they took over 7 hours to come to the house and send a very strange little man who did nothing except walk around shaking his head and say there was a lot of plumbing that needed doing and left. the next day they send someone one out and he says he can not fix the problem because he is not a plumber. i am sitting here in 49 deg temps waiting for A independ plumber to cam and see if he can help us. this is a friday and i doubt if we will have heat over the weekend.\r
