Review content:
My contract was set to expire in July. I called b/c my tank was not full and wanted it to be full until the price per gallon went up by about $2. I was informed that if they came out a $20 charge would be assessed if I didn't need 168 gallons. I checked the oil tank to ensure the amount of gallons and it was no where near 168 gallons. I called right back, about 10 minutes later, spoke to a Customer Service Representative and canceled my request. Well, they came out the next way to fill the tank anyway and charged my account the $20. I called and they said it was a valid charge even though I called to cancel. Please take your business elsewhere! $20 is $20, I called to cancel. They made the mistake by coming out. I should not be charged the $20.
