Though I've never gotten the warm fuzzies from them, their price at the time I first used them 3 years ago was comparable to everyone else, and they could deliver when I needed it. I called yesterday to order 250+ gallons of heating oil because we are very low. They just called and said they had "an emergency" and can't come until tomorrow. (It's early enough in the day that this doesn't make any sense to me when they supposedly have a huge fleet of trucks.) I said we were going to run out and they replied with "Sorry. Do you want to cancel?" I said yes because we WILL run out if we don't get oil today. They said they'd take me off the list. That's it. No remorse, nothing. I guess since I'm not on contract, I am dispensable. I picked up the phone and called Griffith Oil in Nottingham, PA that I'd seen advertising in Cecil Soil Magazine. Not only could they come out today WITHOUT charging me an extra "rush fee" like S&H does, but their price was 11 cents per gallon CHEAPER than the pric
