I had called one morning which was a saturday at 4 am and the operator answered the phone and I ask her to transfer me over to er so I can speak to someone like a nurse in er before I decide to bring my 9 year old daughter there, and the operator told me that she cannot transfer me to er and that I cant talk to the nurse, I was like, this is a bunch of crap and this is ridiculous, after I hung up on that operator, I did not feel comfortable taking my 9 year old daughter there not after the way the operator talked to me like that, so I ended up taking my 9 year old daughter to memorial hermann in sugarland off of 99 and 59, what a GREAT CHOICE I made, I love that place, very nice, very clean, GREAT PEOPLE, the staff was very kind, the doctor was great also, I overall give them a star 10 and I rate oak bend -0, now that is bad to say. Memorial hermann did there job for my 9 year old, we went in at 5 and we were out by 830, they took xrays and blood work quick. I also even called memorial
