I recently purchased a "refurbished" PS2 at this store. When I unpacked it I noticed it was extremely dirty, outside and inside. Then I went to plug it in and the chords to the TV were missing. I went back and they gave me the chords, but then I realized the jack in the back of the unit was messed up, totally useless. I went back again and the employee informed me that this was a defective system that shouldn't have been sold, SORRY. Oh, and they didn't have any working ones in stock. But then they wouldn't give me a refund!! The store "manager" came over and informed me they didn't give cash refunds, SORRY. They would call me when they got another one in (whenever that is) and I could use the "credit slip" they gave me for the totally useless one to purchase another "refurbished" system. After nearly getting into a fight with the totally unreasonable "manager" I finally got my money back. This place seems to want customers to shop at another store, which is what I am going to do and I
