Terrible customer service. I came in for a wedding consultation (which I had made an appointment for), I was given a sheet of paper, a set of photos, and 3 slices of cake. And then sat there for thirty minutes while all the employees were in the back or rearranging boxes. I'm sorry, but this is not the way to treat someone who will drop $400 on your bakery. As I was leaving to walk out the door when one of the employees asked if I had any questions. I asked some, each with very short answers. I was never asked which cakes I liked, which flavors, my colors, etc. All the things a baker should be asking during a consultation. The cake slices were very disappointing as well. The actual cake was dry and crumbly, with way too much filling. The fruit fillings had a metallic tang to them, so I think it came from a can.
