I was looking for window tinting for my car, and Lam's was in town. My boss called for me to get a quote and specifically described my vehicle. She told me what they quoted her, and it sounded like a very good deal, so I called to see how long it would take and also to verify the quote. I described my car to a T, and they quoted me the same price they had given my boss and said that it would take about an hour and a half. So we drove over there, and spoke with the owner's wife. She came out, looked at my car and said, "No problem!". About 45 minutes later, I get a phone call at work saying,"Sorry, we didn't know that it was a wagon, so it will be $120.00 more.". I was FURIOUS!! Considering that 2 people had called and gotten the same quote. They then argued with me saying I wasn't specific enough with the description of my car, which was total crap.We agreed on a price(stupid me), and I just told them to go ahead.\r After 4 days, I rolled down my driver's side window, and it completely
