I called Lam's Motorsports and let them know I was driving over an hour from Marietta to have them look at the remote start they had installed on my vehicle that was not working. The guy on the phone said no problem bring it in. I arrived around 10:00 AM and the guy at the counter said they had a job they were working on and could I come back at 1:00 PM? I said NO! I drove over an hour to get here and I can?t come back. He walked in the back and came back out and said could I wait 45 minutes? OK, so I left to grab something to eat came back 45 minutes later and the same thing happened. He walked in the back came back out and said his electrician is working on a job and couldn?t even look at it till 1:00 PM. I told him I wanted to see the owner and conveniently the owner (Sonny) was not there but due back soon, so I waited for an hour standing there in the store to see if he would show up. In that time 3 customers came in, 2 of them looked around got no service and left whi
