About these reviews, as a dental professional (Not affiliated with Aspen, but I did apply for a job there and wanted to review the comments)...in response to Jeff G, you always take the more conservative approach. The number one goal is to save a tooth; not extract the tooth. My guess is just by your post that you had periodontal disease. Unless your tooth was severely traumatized and there was no saving the tooth, then you always try to save teeth. \r In response to the one who had an extraction go wrong. It happens; unfortunately it happened to you. Not every single extraction is going to go textbook perfect. I'm sure these dentists do a number of extractions and you happen to be the 1 in however many that may have gone wrong.\r About the poor customer service, that is unacceptable. If a hygienist says it's almost lunch time and I can't do this cleaning then I would have an issue with that. I would have asked to speak with the Office Manager to ensure you had your cleaning tha
