Review content:
Poor. I am in litigation with her now. She filed a mechanic's lien on our property after we paid her in full. We sued her in small claims court and prevailed. Now the matter is up on appeal on the judgment we received.\r
She cross-compained against us for more than double her mechanic's lien and the judge ruled against her. This matter is not subject to an appeal, only the judgment against her, and she still has not removed the mechanic's lien.\r
She even stipulated in court that hauling the debris away from our property was her responsibility, but she has yet to pay us for even that portion of the judgment. The work is satisfactory in some spots, unsatisfactory in others, and even after I paid her in full and e-mailed her about a particular area of stone, she wouldn't come out to investigate. She was awarded zero on her cross-complaint against us.\r
Some of the plants she planted have died.\r
Will alert this site after the appeal hearing, which is on April 11, 2011.
