Review content:
This Mortuary will disrespect your family if you do not live right in Santa Rosa to oversee every single step. They make promises and refuse to carry them out. They are uncooperative and insensitive to a family's wishes. Since we do not live there we asked if a photograph could be taken prior to my Grandmother being buried. They promised it could be done. The next day when we called, they refused to take a photo, refused to allow us to send someone to take a photo, yelled at the rest of the family, hung up on us when we begged them to wait until we could drive there (an 8 hour drive so we could take a photo) and their response was to rush her and bury her even though the person who driven the 8 hours to make the arrangements had asked them to wait. If you don't have to - DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY - they have taken a sad sad time in our lives and dispected the family. Go somewhere else so you can properly grieve your loss.
