My furnace began to act up on a Saturday morning. I called Rose City based on reviews from other sites, the fact that they were local to my neighborhood and because they claimed to offer 24 hour emergency service. I called the "24 hour emergency" number listed on their website. It did not alarm me that I got voice mail, expecting fully that I'd get a call back within an hour. I did not get a call back until Monday at 10 AM. So much for 24-hour emergency service.\r \r The gentlemen on the phone was very friendly and promised they they'd be out before the end of the day. They upheld that promise at least.\r \r However, the technician seemed confused by the problem. After almost 90 minutes of troubleshooting, he decided I needed a part- that would need to be ordered. Since the furnace was still under warranty, I was told I needed to work with the office. The office manager told me that he would need to consult with the technician and get back to me.
