My faith in the HVAC industry has been restored! I have gone through several companies and have always found terrible customer service. When I called you, you answered the phone and sent a tech who arrived to my home within 1 hour. He was very professional and fixed the furnace at a very reasonable rate and even found mistakes not noticed by anyone else. I will continue using Rose City for all my future needs.
