Businiess name:  RT Clapp Car Repair Ctr

Review content:
I've used RT Clapp Repair Center for 5 years, now for repairs that I can't do on my own for lack of space or speciality tools. I've had 3 vehicles that I've taken to them for repairs and have been very happy with their service. I first used them in 2003 to replace a water pump on my 95 Chevy Conversion van. Repair @ Chevy Garage was going to be $500 plus dollars, before tax. RT Clapp did repair for around $300 w/tax, out the door! The fellows there, Jeff, Bill & Dennis, who do service write-ups and discuss repair issues, are patient and kind, always calling some one 'Mr.' or 'Mrs.' when first meeting, then over the years they've become more familiar with me and use my first name. Dennis is the exception: I'm still 'Mr.' to him. No issues. They also provide transportation in the form of a shuttle from their shop to downtown, or to most locations within our city limits. No additional charge! Go figure. I know a bit about mechanical issues and what to expect for parts involved.
