I have been a patient at the Ridgeway Avenue location in Greece for 8 years now and have always seen Dr. John Chu. He is a decent doctor, I don't really have any problems so I haven't felt the need to change doctors until now. The reception staff there, specifically Kathy the "office manager", are so disgustingly unprofessional I am now searching for a new place to go for my routine eye exams. I called up today to get Dr. Chu's license number for my DMV license renewal that I was trying to complete online to save the time and hassle of going and standing in line for 4 hours at the DMV. Barb answered, I explained my reason for calling and that I was a current patient there and she blatently interrupted me and said, "we don't give that information out over the phone, you need to come in and get it."
