I have been a patient at the Ridgeway Avenue location in Greece for 8 years now and have always seen Dr. John Chu. He is a decent doctor, I don't really have any problems so I haven't felt the need to change doctors until now. The reception staff there, specifically Kathy the "office manager", are so disgustingly unprofessional I am now searching for a new place to go for my routine eye exams. I called up today to get Dr. Chu's license number for my DMV license renewal that I was trying to complete online to save the time and hassle of going and standing in line for 4 hours at the DMV. Barb answered, I explained my reason for calling and that I was a current patient there and she blatently interrupted me and said, "we don't give that information out over the phone, you need to come in and get it." OK first off, if I had the time to come in there, I would have done so and not called. Second, doctor's license numbers are public record (found this out after doing some research because of
