We took our cat and dog to Thumb Butte for several years and were very happy with or pets' care UNTIL Tom Hufford bought the practice and turned it into a money machine for his retirement. He and his associate vet Dr Batt as well as their entire staff are rude and indifferent to a pet owner's concerns. They keep raising their prices and try to justify their charges by saying "the prices are set by Corporate" but in truth, VCA clinics in Phoenix charge less than VCA Prescott for the same services. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, DO NOT EVER TAKE IT TO VCA THUMB BUTTE ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!
