I have been shorted pills. You get the pill bottle home and the pills are not all there. \r

On one occasion, instead of giving me the 30 tablets of a medication, they gave me the entire bottle they received from the manufacturer by mistake. When I brought it to their attention, they just told me to "keep the bottle" because they couldn't reuse the pills. They made no attempt to take it back or contact my doctor.\r

More recently, the pharmacy wouldn't fill a prescription my doctor wrote in January because he had gotten the date wrong ( 07 instead of 08). The date was fixed, but they didn't like the ink that was used so it had to be initialed. They changed their mind again and requested a whole new prescription, necessitating multiple trips back and forth to the doctor. \r

Their refill answering machine doesn't always work. They have repeatedly told me not to rely on the machine. \r

They are not the nicest people to deal with. They are too busy to answer your questions or give yo
