Lucas Auto is awesome. Allow me to elaborate... I heard of Lucas from my roommate, who took her car there for some kind of engine repair. Something unexpected happened while working on her car, which caused 3 more days of unexpected labor. They charged her the original quoted price even after all that extra labor. AND did a good job, shes never had a problem with that since. I took my little 325 in there to get a window replaced - they got it done in 2 hours! I was even able to come after closing, almost an hour after closing, to pick up my car that same day. Oh, and to top it off? The guys that work there are nice! and informed! And not once did I feel like i was gonna get screwed over b/c i, admittedly, do not know anything about cars or car accessories. The price is right, the work is great - what more can you ask for??
