Dr. Hayes is the ONLY vet in over a decade that all 4 of my cats have been relaxed and comfortable around. He has a very calm, balanced feel about him and treats my feline family members so very, very well. Unlike other vets who take all of 90 seconds to do an annual cat wellness check, Dr. Hayes really looks and listens; this may very well be the reason he is able to so accurately diagnose issues and treat symptoms early on, because he is actually paying attention to the small details that make up the larger picture! \r

When I originally heard of his office I automatically assumed the cost would be crazy-high due to his speciality, but in reality it was only about $10 more a visit than the vet down the street. For the added attention and care Dr. Hayes provides it's a very good price! He even emails you a few days after a visit to check up on how everything is going. He's truly amazing.\r
