Our shopping experience at Lazar's started off positive. the salesperson even commented on it being a family-owned business so they treat their customers very well. We were impressed with the selection offered since we were particularly interested in Ragazzi. We purchased a dresser, armoire and crib. Upon delivery the delivery men dropped the armoire cracking the top, which is understandable; accidents happen. We were assured it would be replaced in 2 weeks. Upon follow-up in 2 weeks, they had no record of the damage and no order had been submitted. In addition we then began inspecting the furniture more closely, the crib varnish was bubbled and began peeling. Clearly a manufacturer problem, however upon reporting this to the owner, Mark, he assured us that we would have a new crib and the armoire top "this week or next week at the latest". It has now been over 5 weeks since the initial delivery. The person who referred me to Lazar's felt so bad that she even called to report t
