Yes they own their cab however, the sponsor is the cab company & the City of Alexandria issues their hack license. There are rules set for all drivers; city code. The hack office is a division of the Alexandria Police Department which has a strong enforcement of the city code. Excellent team!\r

Drivers use techniques like speeding off & not giving their name when a customer asks for it. The best thing to do is to ask to see their "hack license". Showing their license is a must when asked! Also it is best to look at the cab number before entering it.
