While driving across Rt 33 mountain on trip to Richmond, Va on a rainy cold Sunday morning on Dec 12/12 , noticed I was having problems with wiper arm not working correctly. I had done a trip check the day before and installed new wipers. While I was driving there was a streak not clearing directly in my vision area, knowing there wasnt any garages open on a Sunday morning at 10AM thought I would stop to check with advance auto to see if they could help. The outcome I was I drove out of my way just to be told they couldn't touch the vehicle bc they would be liable if anything broke, all I was asking was if someone could look at it and maybe tighten bolt up or something. Drove to Richmond and couldnt see along the way at least we made it to and from. I bet they wouldnt let their wives travel with children and not be concerned ...
