Review content:
I was looking for a new heating system for my small, 800 square foot house. The present system was so old that the company isn't around anymore and you can't even get a filter for it -- plus it was only 50% or less energy effiecent. I called three places for an estimate. Bagniefski Heating & Air Conditioning was one of them.
The gentleman that came out was VERY friendly -- a super nice fella. He understood my needs and concerns. I needed a wall unit or traditional furnace, energy efficient, COST effective and have the possibility of adding duct work MAYBE at a later time.
The estimate did get put in the mailbox with a nice, slick brochure on furnaces. The two (maybe three) that he recommended were circled. It was very professional --- but it was also OVER $3600 if I recall correctly. This is just way too much. Plus he put the bid in for doing the duct work (but not fixing the walls) ----- I just wanted the basic stuff and duct work later MAYBE. This was explained thoroughly.
