I honestly should have known better when I realized this place is nothing more than a glorified motel set up, with access to your rooms from the outdoors. As I was making the walk to my room (in the rain, it rained for 2 days before my wedding day), I was a little skeeved out by the carpet like material that the stairs and walkways are made from. I figured since it rains so much and this hotel is right on the water.... isn't carpet a bad choice? I really should have went with my gut and booked a room at a nice hotel while I still could....but I was trying to be positive and just went with it. I dropped off my things **including my wedding dress** and planned to return late that night to settle in. Boy, did I get a surprise... I really didn't know where to look first when I returned to my room at approx. 9:30 that night. Water was everywhere! It was dripping steadily from the ceiling in some areas, pouring in a light stream in others, there was water dripping directly onto the tv set up
