I have a box at this store. They ALWAYS are courteous, wait on you in turn (as it should be) say hello by name and often retrieve my mail before I get to the box. I can access 24/7 7 days/week. I can drop US Mail as well as ship UPS. They have advised where or how I can still get a package out if I'm running late. \r

The transition from a Mailboxes, Etc. to UPS Store was very smooth. I leave a small deposit with them and they do services and sell supplies when needed and then charge my account - no time-consuming procedures - just do and go and then get monthly bill with detailed receipts attached. Great for a busy small business person with a home office that wants a place to depend on. My expectations have always been met or exceeded. Prices are bit higher than supplies stores, but not excessive. They are a good all around deal. Shipping is the same price as anywhere and they help to find the most cost effective method.
