Review content:
I began taking my two cats to LFAH several months ago, and I've had nothing but positive experiences. The facility is clean and modern, and, unlike other vet offices that are cramped, dirty and filled with waiting patients, this one is uncrowded, and I've never had to wait. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Dr, Greg Collins is very caring and knowledgeable, and he and his staff make sure to follow up on the condition of your pet. Regarding the cost, I honestly don't find it any higher than any of the vets I've been to, and I don't feel like Dr. Collins recommends tests that are not needed. This practice is about maintenance, and if you're interested in making sure that your pets, especially older ones, have the on-going care they need, then repeat visits may be necessary. In the last 5 years I have gone through 5 vets who left me unsatisfied for one reason or another, but now I feel like I found a practice that I can trust and recommend.
