I really have mixed feelings about this place. Good vets, but they don't seem to read each others notes and very slow to follow up with patients families\r
1. My puppy had several bouts of giardia. Vet told me about vaccine and told me if he continued to get it, we should get the vaccine. He got a third bout and they didn't think it was needed, YET(just another round of meds). Well, when he got it a forth time, I called in and told them about the reoccurance, I didn't get a call back for two days (I had to call again!). I had to bring up the vaccine - the other vet didn't look at his history apparently.\r
2.They insisted that for the giardia booster that he must be seen by a vet and could not get booster by tech(2nd shot after it had cleared up). Even though I told them it had cleared up and he was no longer suffering symptoms, they wanted to gouge me for another Vet consultation.\r

I am so tired of their slow response to this, too. It took 4 days for them to resolve this issue. (still
