Review content:
I bought a kitchen full of appliance from this business a few years ago and had a great experience. What happened the other day floored me. I went in with a broken glass for my microwave turntable. I was hoping they could refer me to somewhere I could get a replacement if they did not sell them. A guy from the back office, Mike, came to the counter as I was talking to someone else as he overheard the conversation. He took the glass and went to the back. About 10 minutes later he reappeared with a replacement. He sprayed some cleaner on it and wiped off the dust and handed it to me. I asked what it cost and he said "On the House, I save these glass trays when we have to throw away DOA units and these cost about $100 so I keep them and give them to our customers who happen to break one." I can't remember having someone give me a $100 part for free before but I am going to be back here when my washer finally goes out. Thank You Mike and University Electric.
