I am very disappointed about the review on this store i found on the internet. It appeared to have good reviews on Yelp *(although later we found out that all the negative reviews are placed at the bottom) and my husband and decided to buy a fridge at this place. We are serious buyers and want to splurge a little to buy a quality brand that last. The sales guy recommended a brand, 1st day after installation, the fridge is making a high pitch noise that was aside from standard cooling. I am concerned about the quality and called them to schedule for return.\r

Guess what? They have a NO RETURN policy on everything. Are we still living in the 21st century??? Anyhow, i was first told either to talk to their legal team or CEO. Then later told i have to go through their repair process, only if it is not repairable, can the fridge be refunded. $2900 spent to get a "repairable" fridge? \r
