I moved into this place in 2008. Had an extremely noisey neighbor. I constantly complained to management about the noise. Their response was there wasn't much they could do because the woman kept saying that she didn't play her music that loud. After a little over a year of the noise I decided to move to another building within the complex due to finances. I got away from the noise but wound up with multiple other problems. The unit was infested with ants in the walls, termite damage to the door casings, multiple outlets that didn't work or were shorted out. The vent tube over the microwave wasn't attached. Squirrels were digging around in the attic. Then the bigger problem started when the city compliance inspection took place. My unit was chosen as part of the inspection. It failed for outlets that were not grounded. Two days prior to the inspectors returning, I came home from work to find that maintenance had entered my apartment to perform the repairs. They hadn't even given me any
