This complex discriminates against college students! Every student I know has been evicted prior to the end of the lease for nonsense reasons. The complex keeps the very large security deposit and last month's rent. They evicted my roommate and me while we were OUT OF TOWN for a month during the summer. They left the eviction notice on the door while we were gone, requesting we move out before we were getting back to town. Then they filed a legal eviction notice and are claiming bogus damages way above the deposit and last month's rent. They have turned us over to a collection agency claiming $4,000 owed above the $2,800 they kept. I am warning everybody. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE IF YOU ARE A STUDENT! PROS: NONE!!!! CONS: YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!
