Review content:
I took a kitten here a few years back to get fixed and they did take really good care of her. The staff wasn't as supportive and friendly as I had expected. I found in the bill a lot of hidden costs that were added in. And I can't really put my finger on it, but I really didn't get a strong feeling of comfort there. They didn't do anything wrong, it just wasn't as warm and welcoming and other vets that I have been to.
PROS: location, prices are okay
CONS: staff is not really warm, nor is the office itself
