I recently had an appointment with Dr. Sharma. I was not impressed with the outward appearance of the front office. The staff was busy talking and eating snacks. After I filled out the new patient information (they asked for the Driver License number), I found the receptionist lacking a that "I love animals" personality. After going into the exam room, which was unimpressive, I walked around to just check out the cleanliness of the room and instruments. The otiscope, used to look in ears, was on the counter. The plastic cone was full of ear wax and dog fur!! Giving the benefit of the doubt, I wanted to see if the Dr. would change it before using it on my dog. Guess what? He didn't. I asked him not to use it because the cone was dirty. So he went and got another otiscope from another room.Next I asked him about the dental cleaning and if he has his technician do the cleaning. He said no he doesn't the technician do the cleaning, he does it. Come to find out there is no Vet Technician an
