Review content:
I've been a customer for many years and have had good experiences -- but haven't needed much. Until now.\r \r Got two new alarm screens installed. The first day I casually nudged one screen and it fell out of the window frame. If my cat had leaned against it, as they are wont to do, she would have fallen two stories to the concrete.\r \r I called and got changing stories about the problem. What I finally concluded, despite their confusing answers, was:\r \r (1) they came without enough flanges to attach the screens to the outside of the window frame -- so only used them on one of two screens. But didn't tell me this.\r (2) the guy also "forgot" to install the hooks on the inside bottom of the screens.\r \r So, in short: you have to stay on top of their service people and don't let them out of the house till you've checked their work. And make sure you know what they're supposed to be doing since apparently THEY don't know.\r \r The screens are a particular problem because they just don't know
