I came here initially because my regular vet was not available on a Sunday except for ERs, was talked into the Wellness plan( the best one). Every time I came in for what I thought would be covered expenses I was handed an invoice with a long list of charges. Most recently I brought my pet in for an illness, after which many many tests were conducted and and the one test he really needed they could not perform but was told they have someone who could do it for several hundred dollars. I had to go out of town and he was still ill, not responding to medications and took him to another Banfield, would not honor my plan and proceeded to piles up charges ( over $400.) for test he already had and then some. He's still sick but the Banfield here is closed( Weds) now I call my former Vet and they see him and perform an ultrasound for $90. the same one Banfield would have charged over $300 for.
