I was very satified with my salesman, but after I paid for my home the customer service was terrible. When you are in the process of buying a home, you get good service, but once you buy the home, they treat you like nothing. I just bought a home in MCcomb and the lady at the front called me and said that the man was coming out with the AC on Saturday, but he came on Friday, So I was at work and I sent my son out to let him in. The vents are not working well and the lady said that someone should have been there to check them out. He is the professional, he should have checked them out. She was very rude and she made me very mad. I will never suggest anyone to buy a home with them. I am very upset with them at this point!!!!!!!! When you buy your dream house you expect better customer service, but it is not that important to some.
