I called ServPro of Sunrise in Broward County out to my home because I found mold behind the tiles of my shower. My wife and I have a family with two young children and was very concerned for our health and well being. It would have been easy to do some tests and have me paying for mold remediation whether I needed it or not, however after coming to my home on a Sunday and making an inspection, Gustavo, one of the owners, let me know that while it should be taken care of, that it was not a toxin strain and that expensive hazardous materials procedures were not necessary. He took the time to explain to me what to have my contractor do to ensure that all of the mold was removed and killed and which materials should be used upon remodeling. There was no fee charged for the house call on a Sunday! It is reassuring to know that there are businesses that operate in the best interest of the people they service, even if it means not coming away with any money. What they did earn is my recommen
