I've taken my dogs to Berry Hill for the last three years or so. Let me say first that the girls in the office are extremely friendly but I quickly noticed the Vet isn't. It wasn't a huge deal for me because I didn't see him as rude, just not friendly. The prices are very reasonable so I decided, well, he isn't the friendliest, but not rude. Rude doesn't even begin to describe what happened on Saturday, December 13th 2008. We had to wait a while because they were busy, so by the time we got in it was close to closing time. The Vet was in a bad mood before he even came in the room. He was mad that my dogs needed a heartworm test (because the blood has to be drawn and it takes a few minutes to get the results). He asked when the last time my one dog had a heartworm test, I told him his first vet visit. The Vet grunted and said "s**t"! When he came in, my dog could feel that the Vet was irritated and when he attempted to prepare my dog for the drawing of blood my dog got upset. Instead of
