Review content:
They certainly know Hyundais and have done several important warranty repairs for me, but I've almost never been completely satisfied. I've had to return for them to re-do or re-adjust something they did about half the time. It always takes 1 hour more than they say and their waiting room doesn't have cable TV or WiFi. Worse, they prefer to charge you if they can instead of using the warranty. I've had to argue with the service writers and had the actual techs on my side! But they do stick to their estimates, were fairly polite to me, and will drive you to the Metro station if asked. As long as it's under warranty, it's tough to argue with Free. Otherwise, I'd shop around elsewhere.
