Review content:
At first it seemed like everything was going to be great. I found the car I had been looking fo0r online at an unbeatable price. The salesman did a great job and I wanted to purchase the car. All was well up to that point. I then waited another 2 hours before anyone from finance even came over to me. She got a little information and said it should only be five minutes. An hour later she comes back an assures me they are doing their best and should be done soon. An hour after that she finally says that we can go into her office and start filling out things. That process takes about an hour. I sign for a loan through them that is an ok deal and they say they will try and do better. I finally get a call about 2 weeks later with a deal that would have me paying more a month, but when I refuse that deal they tell me the other deal I signed for is no longer on the table, so either to come in and sign the new one or bring the car back. I then went through my bank and got a WAY better rate! Th
