Very modern office, with digital imaging and records management. And so far, no complaints about the dentists themselves. But watch your wallet. I became suspicious when the dentist began talking to me like a used car salesman, way too friendly and chummy for someone I just met in a professional setting. Sure enough, when the time came to tell me I needed a crown, they brought out the sales kit and upsold me to a Lava crown. I didn't want to spend that much money, but they showed me that their regular rate is $2400 and because of my insurance, they'd give it to me for $1150. After I started treatment, contract having been signed (i.e., too late) I decided to check around, and found out that the average cost for that crown with NO INSURANCE is $1100 installed. I called to complain, and they went through a very elaborate post-sale pitch which essentially was that my insurance didn't pay for anything on this treatment.
