I went to Aspen Dental in Orange CT because it was one that I had picked out of my "provider" list from my dental insurance at work. Although it is great location,easy to get to and the hours of operation are convenient I will never go there again. I waited and waited (about 45 minuted after my appt. time). Once I saw the dentist who looked like he was fresh out of "dental" school he explained the work I would need on my teeth. Which was a total of about $5,000 not including what my dental would pay for. Mind you I went in for a check up. The reception sits you down to talk about payment plans!! I was still in shock and refused to sign any payment plans for the "work that needed to be done". \r
I never went back to that dental group. I decided to go to one that was not on my "provider" list. Which I still use today. I felt like Aspen dental was out to get every $ possible from me and my insurance benefits. I would say they are expensive! I didnt like anything about my visit and they sp
